1. Our products are manufactured with thread counts of 57, 63, 72, 82, 98, 100, 120, 160 (144 TC-160 TC -182 TC -210 TC -250 TC – 300 TC -400 TC) per square centimeter, in plain weave or with 82, 120, 160 (210 TC – 300 TC – 400 TC) thread counts featuring 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, and 20 mm water channel columns and in desired jacquard patterns. The weave types include standard 4/1 satin and percale.
2. In addition to being 100% cotton as per our standards, our products are also made from a blend of cotton and polyester yarn in proportions requested by high-end segment hotels.
3. To ensure shrinkage rates are within standard limits after washing and to enhance quality and visual appeal, our products undergo sanforization, gassing, calendaring, and mercerization processes.
4. Duvet covers are optionally tailored as bag, flap, and Oxford styles, with embroidery and piping added upon request.
5. We package and box products according to our customers' requests.
